What is the cost of booking a room?

Our rooms can be rented by the hour or in 4-hour bundles. Our rates differ depending on if you are an infrequent drop-in user or a member who can take advantage of discounted rates. Therefore, the cost will vary depending on how frequently you book during a month. As a member user, the rate is typically less than $10/hour. Customized pricing information is available via our Get a Quote form.

How do I book a room?

You can book a room by requesting a quote or calling us at 519-279-0160. If you are calling during business hours we will always answer the phone and confirm your booking at the time of the call. If you are emailing, we will typically respond within 10-15 minutes of your email being received during regular business hours.

How big are the rooms?

Office Space: Our offices are spaciously designed to accommodate a large 3’ x 6’ desk with principal chair, two guest chairs, and full desk return. Our typical room is approximately 120 square feet, about the area of a mid to large size bedroom.

Meeting Rooms: We have two meeting rooms. Our Uptown Meeting Room is 14’ x 14’ and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Our Seagram Boardroom is 14’ x 26’ and can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people with boardroom style seating, or 24 with auditorium seating. This room can also be divisible into 2 smaller rooms that are 13’ x 14’ for flexibility in accommodating your needs.
